Your commitment to us

When you confirm your purchase, you are accepting that these terms and conditions form the basis of any contract between Gunnersbury Estate (2026) CIC and yourself.

No contract exists between you and Gunnersbury Estate (2026) CIC for the sale of any tickets until we have received and accepted your order and received payment in full. Once cleared funds are received, there is a binding contract between us.

Prices

Prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes and there are no surcharges whatsoever. Once you have paid, we will not increase the price of your tickets or products.

The description and price of all tickets and products will be shown on our website. Prices are in UK Sterling and inclusive of VAT, if applicable. All tickets and products must be paid for in full at the end of your order.

Prices displayed on the site are subject to change without notice.

All products offered are subject to availability at the time of ordering.

We accept most major credit and debit cards in partnership with our payment gateway.

Delivery charges for products are not included in the product prices quoted; this will be added at the end of your order.

Please note that if you are purchasing a ticket to an event you will need to print this out or bring a PDF to the event. We do not post event tickets. If you are ordering products online, your order might take up to one week to be dispatched. Products will be dispatched with Royal Mail.

Modification to products or services

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue products or services (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of products or services.

Products or services

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

Please note that handmade items vary in colour, shape and design and such variations are not faults of the product. No guarantees are given as to the suitability of any items for any particular use and no responsibility can be accepted by Gunnersbury Estate (2026) CIC for any such use.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.

We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time to time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund. We reserve the right to automatically process a refund should the item be discontinued.

Accuracy of billing and account information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

For more detail, please review our Returns Policy.

Refunds and cancellations

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on tickets or products after purchase unless faulty. We comply fully with the distance selling act regulations and you have seven working days from the day after you receive your goods to notify us of a fault or mistake on a retail product you purchased from the online shop. If an item arrives damaged please get in touch with us as soon as possible.

Please contact us by email at info@visitgunnersbury.org, with a photograph to illustrate the problem. Once you have been in touch, we will then give you individual advice on possible returns, replacements and refunds.

Outdoor events will go ahead unless it is dangerous to do so and event details are also subject to change. In the event that an event is cancelled you will be contacted to arrange a full refund.
