Gunnersbury Park & Museum is run by Gunnersbury Estate (2026) CIC.

Gunnersbury Park & Museum borders Ealing and Hounslow, and is open to the public as a historic house and museum and park with exhibitions and educational activities. There is a café and shop on site.

Under this policy, ‘we’, 'us', 'our' and ‘Gunnersbury' refers to Gunnersbury Estate (2026) CIC.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the confidentiality of the personal information we collect.

  • When you purchase an item on our online shop

  • Your preferences and use of email updates, recorded by emails we send you (if you select to receive email updates on products and offers).
  • Your IP address, this is a string of numbers unique to your computer that is recorded by our web server when you request any page or component on our website. This information is used to monitor your usage of our website.
  • Data recorded by the website which allows us to recognise you and your preferred settings, this saves you from re-entering information on return visits to the site. Such data is recorded locally on your computer through the use of cookies. We will not retain personal data if you have unsubscribed from one of our mailing lists. Paper records such as visitor feedback and email sign up forms will be destroyed after two years.
