Join us for a Nature and Forest Therapy Walk in Gunnersbury Park.
Mental Health Week takes places this year between the 10-16th May and the theme for this year is Nature. We have teamed up with North West London Mind to provide a Nature and Forest Therapy Walk
Nature and Forest Therapy is a research-based framework for supporting healing and wellness through immersion in forests and other natural environments. Studies have demonstrated a wide array of health benefits, especially in the cardiovascular and immune systems, and for stabilizing and improving mood and cognition.
The walks will take place at 11am - 1pm and 2 - 4pm.
